Synchrony launched co-branded Mastercard and private-label credit cards with Chico’s FAS brands, offering 7.5% back at brand stores and 2% on dining and groceries. The partnership uses Synchrony PRISM for data-driven underwriting to deepen customer engagement and grow its specialty retail credit portfolio.

Synchrony has introduced co-branded Mastercard and private-label credit cards across Chico’s, White House Black Market, and Soma under a multi-brand agreement with Chico’s FAS. Each program launches alongside reimagined loyalty offerings, enabling customers to engage seamlessly with the retailer’s three brands.

2. Enhanced Rewards and Loyalty

Cardmembers earn 7.5% back on purchases at their home brand, 2% back at grocery stores and restaurants, and 1% back on all other Mastercard transactions. The programs include perks such as 15% off first purchases, birthday rewards, free shipping, and extended redemption windows.

3. Data-Driven Underwriting with PRISM

The partnership leverages Synchrony PRISM, its data-driven credit decisioning platform, to assess applications holistically and expedite approvals. This approach aims to optimize risk management and improve loan performance across the new card portfolios.
