Synergy CHC received a notice of acceleration from ACP Agency on Aug. 25, 2026 under its May 30, 2025 term loan credit agreement.
ACP, acting for required lenders, terminated all commitments under the credit agreement. All outstanding obligations were accelerated, making them immediately due and payable.
About $18.9 million was due as of Aug. 21, 2026, excluding additional interest, fees, costs, and expenses.
