Synopsys general counsel Janet Lee to step down, shift to advisory role

Synopsys announced General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Janet Lee will step down, effective at the earlier of Dec. 31, 2026 or a successor’s appointment.

Lee will move into an advisory role, continuing through June 30, 2027 or later to support the transition.
