Synopsys expanded its collaboration with Nvidia to develop fully autonomous, long-running “agentic AI” engineering workflows spanning chip design and electronics system simulation.
The partners showcased a design verification workflow that targets up to 50X faster time-to-validated RTL with a 20% coverage improvement.
They also demonstrated an autonomous thermal analysis workflow built on Nvidia’s Agent Toolkit and CUDA-X libraries.
Synopsys plans customer availability for the agentic EDA and CAE capabilities in the second half of 2026.
