Syra Health held its annual shareholder meeting on July 23, 2026.

• Shareholders ratified M&K CPAs, PLLC as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
• Shareholders authorized an amendment to the 2022 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, lifting Class A shares available for issuance to 4.1 million.
• Five director nominees were selected to serve until the 2027 annual meeting.
