Sysco adds Shipium CEO Jason Murray, ex-Aramark CFO Tom Ondrof to board

Board expansion and new committee assignments

Sysco expanded its board to 13 directors, electing Jason Murray and Thomas “Tom” Ondrof effective Sept. 1, 2026.

Murray, co-founder and CEO of Shipium, previously held Amazon vice president roles in supply chain optimization technology, retail systems, services. He will join the Artificial Intelligence Transformation & Technology Committee, formed from the former Technology Committee.

Ondrof, former Aramark executive vice president and CFO, previously held senior roles at Performance Food Group and Compass Group. Ondrof will serve on the Audit Committee.
