System1 president and COO Charles Ursini resigns effective Oct. 30
SST•System1 President and Chief Operating Officer Charles Ursini will resign effective at the close of business on Oct. 30, 2026, and become a strategic advisor to management.
1. Resignation and advisory role
Ursini notified management on Oct. 26, 2026. He has held both roles since April 2024 and will become a strategic advisor to management after his resignation.
