Tactical Resources outlined a next-phase plan to advance its Peak rare earth project in Hudspeth County, Texas, following its Nasdaq listing.

Independent metallurgical testing returned preliminary TREE+Y extraction of up to 96.1% using heated hydrochloric acid agitated-tank conditions.

Peak feedstock centers on pre-crushed fines stockpiled at Sierra Blanca Quarry, described as already mined and held under a long-term purchase agreement.

A March 2026 agreement covers about 4,000,000 tons of fines, with an option to acquire the quarry owner; 1,500,000 tons were converted to ownership in April 2026.

Near-term work targets process development, permitting roadmaps, downstream partnerships, expanded exploration, and updated technical reporting ahead of production decisions.
