Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter also beat analyst expectations. The company repurchased $5.3 million of stock during the quarter.
Revenue drivers and margin
Revenue growth was driven by a 12% increase in sales and rentals of the lymphedema product line.
Airway clearance product sales fell 7% due to temporary inventory management dynamics linked to the launch of the next-generation AffloVest system.
Gross margin rose to 76% from 75% due to continued operating execution and product cost discipline.
