Tailwind Group, Baker Tilly expand partnership via Overlook student housing joint venture

The Overlook is slated for a comprehensive renovation starting in fall 2026, with completion expected in 2027.

Tailwind Group entered a joint venture with Baker Tilly to acquire The Overlook, a 796-bed student housing community serving the University of Oklahoma.

The deal expands a strategic partnership launched in 2022, including student housing investments structured as Delaware Statutory Trusts.
