Lantern Pharma received Taiwan FDA clearance to open Part 2 of its Phase 2 HARMONIC trial of LP-300 in EGFR L858R non-small cell lung cancer. The lead Taiwan site received local IRB clearance on September 29, 2026, enabling patient screening and enrollment.
2. Protocol changes
The amended protocol shifts the study to a single arm of never-smokers with L858R and extends LP-300 dosing to eight cycles from six.
