Take-Two director Ellen F. Siminoff sold 334 common shares on Sept. 15 at $219.53 per share.
The sales were made indirectly via the D&E Living Trust and the EFS 2020 Irrevocable Trust, with 167 shares sold through each trust. Indirect holdings in those trusts fell to 1,499 shares each after the transactions.
Siminoff reported 8,571 common shares held directly after the sales.
