TBN•Tamboran reported a FY26 net loss of USD 30.5 million, down from USD 39.62 million, and cash of USD 219.14 million at June 30, 2026, up 456% year over year. First gas sales began Sept. 5, with volumes expected to reach a 40 TJ/d plateau during fourth-quarter commissioning.
Tamboran’s net loss narrowed to USD 30.5 million from USD 39.62 million a year earlier. Total operating costs and expenses fell to USD 32.67 million from USD 39.32 million, while revenue remained zero. Cash and cash equivalents rose to USD 219.14 million at June 30, 2026, from USD 39.44 million a year earlier.
Net cash used in operating activities increased to USD 34.6 million from USD 29.64 million, while net cash from financing activities reached USD 412.27 million. First gas sales began Sept. 5, 2026, and volumes are expected to ramp to a 40 TJ/d plateau during commissioning in the fourth quarter.
