Tandem Diabetes Q2 FY26 operating loss narrows to $13.8 million; sales rise 6% to $254.6 million

Second-quarter results improve
Tandem Diabetes Care posted second-quarter sales up 6% to $254.6 million, with U.S. sales rising 5% to $179.3 million.
GAAP operating loss narrowed to $13.8 million, while GAAP net loss improved to $21.2 million.
Margins, shipments and channel mix
Gross margin climbed 460 basis points to 57%, while pump shipments totaled more than 33,000 worldwide, including 22,000 in the U.S.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA turned positive to $6.4 million, with 10% of U.S. sales coming through the pharmacy channel.
