Tango Therapeutics reported tumor shrinkage and durable disease control with vopimetostat combined with daraxonrasib in previously treated pancreatic cancer; the results are being presented at the ESMO Congress in Madrid, Oct. 23-27, 2026. The lower-dose combination was generally well tolerated, while the higher-dose regimen was not; the company plans a registrational Phase 3 trial against chemotherapy in previously untreated, MTAP-deleted pancreatic cancer in the first half of 2027 and will discuss potential second-line approval with regulators.
