Tantech amends 6-K to correct director name, pronoun typo

Tantech filed a Form 6-K/A to amend its Aug. 5, 2026 Form 6-K, citing inadvertent typographical errors.
The amendment corrected director Pi-Hua Liu’s name, previously misstated as “Bihua Liu.”
It also corrected a pronoun in the description of independent director Lei Yao’s appointment, changing “her successor” to “his successor.”
The filing stated no other changes were made to the original report.
