Tantech names Yao L Xu board chairman, replacing Yefang Zhang
TANH•Tantech named Yao L Xu board chairman effective Oct. 1, 2026, replacing Yefang Zhang, who resigned as director and chairman that day.
1. Board leadership change
Xu was elected as a Class III director, with a term through the 2027 annual shareholder meeting. Zhang’s departure was not tied to disputes over operations, policies or practices.
