Targa names Branstetter CFO as Byers retires

Targa Resources named Brent B. Secrest president of logistics and transportation, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
Secrest was executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Enterprise Products Partners, overseeing commercial activities across midstream and exports.
Benjamin J. Branstetter was appointed chief financial officer; he joined Targa in 2017, leading corporate development, commercial, optimization, and supply.
Branstetter was named president of logistics and transportation in March 2026.
Chief Financial Officer William A. Byers will retire, moving to an advisory role through year-end 2026.
