Targa Resources appoints ex-ConocoPhillips executive Thomas Mathiasmeier to board

Targa Resources appointed Thomas Mathiasmeier to its board on July 16, 2026.
Mathiasmeier was named a Class II director with a term running to the 2027 annual meeting. He also joined the audit committee.
Mathiasmeier most recently served as president, global gas, power and emerging markets at ConocoPhillips, retiring in June 2026.
