Target Hospitality raised its full-year 2026 guidance after signing a new multi-year lease and services deal for a hyperscaler data center project.
Revenue outlook was lifted to $435 million-$445 million, while adjusted EBITDA forecast increased to $105 million-$115 million.
The update reflects a contract expected to generate about $250 million of revenue through August 2030. The project targets housing and services for about 1,100 workers, with initial occupancy expected in Q3 2026.
Capital needs for site modifications are projected at below $15 million, and the company set its 2026 capex outlook at $490 million-$510 million.
