Target’s back-to-school and back-to-college campaign rolls out thousands of items with more than 50% new assortment, highlighted by LoveShackFancy x Target launching July 5 (most pieces under $25, all under $55). Additional exclusive partnerships include Overtime apparel and accessories starting at $24.99, Hollister home and apparel lines under $50, Owala x Cat & Jack backpacks and lunch gear priced $3–$25, and Poppi’s dorm collection from $20. Owned brands are also refreshed: All in Motion uniforms from $15; Threshold dorm décor under $50; up&up pastel supplies from $0.69; Room Essentials bedding from $10; Cat & Jack apparel from $5; Dealworthy backpacks at $5 and bento boxes at $2. Early shoppers can save up to 45% during Target Circle Deal Days through June 26, with 20% off for teachers and college students from July 5 to Sept. 12, supported by AI-driven wish-list recommendations and localized in-store personalization.
2. July Store Expansion Plan
Target will open 11 new stores on July 26 across Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and Utah, part of a 30-store target for 2026. Each location is designed to deliver Target’s elevated style, design and value experience while creating local jobs. This rollout contributes to a decade-long strategy to open over 300 stores, reinforcing Target’s growth trajectory and community presence.
