Target has initiated a voluntary nationwide recall of Up & Up Fragrance Free and Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes manufactured between November 7, 2025 and May 5, 2026. Testing detected Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli contamination in pouch sizes ranging from 20 to 1200 count.
2. Consumer Safety and Recall Process
Consumers are advised to immediately stop using affected wipes and return them to any Target store for a full refund. Key UPCs include 085239265956, 085239265949, 085239266137, 085239266090, 085239265970, 085239265994 and 085239265987 for various pack sizes.
3. Financial and Reputational Implications
