R&D expenses climbed to $31 million; SG&A rose to $150.7 million, driven by higher commercial and marketing costs.
Cash position and guidance
Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled $449.7 million as of June 30, 2026.
The company raised full-year 2026 XDEMVY net sales guidance to $685 million to $705 million and agreed to acquire Alkeus Pharmaceuticals and its Phase 3 Stargardt candidate ALK-001.
