Taylor Devices will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting in Amherst, New York on Oct. 16, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on:
- Electing Timothy J. Sopko as a Class 2 director for a three-year term ending in 2029.
- Ratifying Lumsden & McCormick as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027.
- An advisory vote on compensation for the company’s named executive officers.
