TC Energy said comparable EBITDA grew 13% in the third quarter of 2026, driven by stronger U.S. pipeline earnings and higher Bruce Power contributions. Comparable earnings rose to CAD 0.94 per share from CAD 0.77, and the company raised its 2026 comparable EBITDA outlook to CAD 11.8 billion–CAD 12 billion.
TC Energy attributed 13% growth in third-quarter 2026 comparable EBITDA to stronger U.S. pipeline earnings and higher Bruce Power contributions. Comparable earnings increased to CAD 0.94 per share from CAD 0.77, while higher depreciation, taxes and interest costs partly offset EBITDA growth.
U.S. pipeline performance benefited from higher transportation rates and additional contracted sales, partly offset by lower GTN contracted sales. Bruce Power benefited from higher contract prices and increased production after Unit 3 returned to service.
Management raised its 2026 comparable EBITDA outlook to CAD 11.8 billion–CAD 12 billion, citing strong operations, favorable settlements and earlier project completions.
