TD reshaped its senior leadership team effective Sept. 4, 2026, to speed strategy execution and expand technology and AI capabilities.
- Vlad Shpilsky was named group head, Global Technology and Solutions, continuing to lead the unit driving the bank’s digital and AI platforms.
- Renu Gupta was appointed senior executive vice president, Strategy and Business Operations, moving from EVP, Corporate Development and CFO at TD Securities.
- Paul Whitehead was named senior executive vice president, Global Corporate Services, adding global corporate leadership and enterprise AI to his existing remit.
- Chief Operating Officer Taylan Turan will depart, following work on the bank’s transformation program and AI leadership push.
