TD Bank FY26 Q3 reported net income rises 38% to C$4.62 billion

Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking net income rose 7% to CAD 2.1 billion; U.S. Banking net income increased 41% to CAD 1.07 billion.
CEO Raymond Chun called the quarter “very strong,” citing record earnings in Canadian businesses and Wholesale Banking, with momentum building in U.S. Banking.
Returns and capital position improve
Reported ROE widened 4.5 percentage points to 15.8%; CET1 capital ratio was 14.3%.

TD posted Q3 reported net income of CAD 4.62 billion, up 38% from a year earlier; reported diluted EPS rose to CAD 2.74.
Adjusted diluted EPS climbed 26% to CAD 2.77; adjusted net income increased 21% to CAD 4.67 billion.
