TD•Early redemption of subordinated notes
TD will redeem all of its US$1.5 billion 3.625% Non-Viability Contingent Capital Subordinated Notes due 2031 on 15 September 2026.
- The redemption price will be at par, plus accrued interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date.
- Interest will cease to accrue from the redemption date; the notes redeemed will be cancelled and will not be reissued.
