Fiscal Q3 2026 net income climbed 83.5% to $416.24 million and operating income rose 67.6% to $642.88 million, while gross margin narrowed 0.61 percentage points to 6.61%. For fiscal Q4 2026, TD SYNNEX forecast revenue of $21.8 billion to $22.6 billion and net income of $368 million to $408 million; its board declared a $0.48-per-share quarterly cash dividend, payable Oct. 30 to holders of record Oct. 16.
