Teads names Stuart Kovensky to board, adds him to financing committee

Teads expanded its board to 11 directors, appointing Stuart Kovensky as a Class I director with a term ending in 2028 and adding him to the Financing Committee.

1. Board appointment

Kovensky has led Cogent Advisory since 2023, advising boards and institutional lenders on capital optimization and strategic financing. He previously co-founded Onex Credit Partners and served as its co-CEO and CIO through 2022.
