The Board has appointed Gary Hill as Team’s next CEO, effective February 1, 2026. Hill brings over 30 years of industrial services experience, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Shermco Industries. He previously held President and COO roles at AIS Holdings Company LLC and senior operating posts at AZZ Inc., where he led initiatives that delivered double-digit margin expansion and revenue growth. Hill began his career as an engineer at MOVATS and has held commercial and marketing leadership positions at Aquilex LLC, Crane Company and Westinghouse.

Team reaffirmed its full-year 2025 financial outlook, underlining confidence in achieving revenue growth and margin targets.
