SPY•The Nasdaq .IXIC and S&P 500 .SPX are modestly higher, while the Dow .DJI is slightly green early on Tuesday as technology stocks rebound from a selloff ahead of Wednesday's PCE inflation report, which is expected to play a key role in shaping interest-rate expectations.
