Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corp announces extraordinary shareholder meeting

An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for Aug. 20, 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Shareholders will vote on amendments to extend the business-combination deadline by six months to Feb. 20, 2027.
A separate proposal seeks to amend the trust agreement to align the trust’s liquidation timing with the extended deadline.
An adjournment proposal would allow the meeting to be postponed if more time is needed to secure votes on the extension items.
