TechPrecision announces annual shareholder meeting webcast

TechPrecision will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 29, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect five directors for one-year terms.

Ballots also cover auditor ratification for the year ending March 31, 2027.

Items include a non-binding vote on executive pay.

Investors will also decide on an amended and restated 2016 equity incentive plan, including a 750,000-share increase.
