TechTarget’s third-quarter revenue fell 2.5% year over year to $119.2 million, missing the $121.81 million consensus estimate. Net loss was $18.2 million, while adjusted EBITDA was $18.6 million and declined year over year.
The company said lower Brand to Demand revenue was mainly due to reduced Intent Data revenue and the timing of customer campaigns, especially internationally. Subscription growth in its Intelligence & Advisory segment was offset by lower advisory revenue. TechTarget expects full-year 2026 revenue to be modestly lower than the prior year and adjusted EBITDA of $80 million to $85 million; it expects strong sequential revenue and profit improvement in the fourth quarter, driven by live events.
