R&D expense rose 5.02% to $18.05 million, while G&A climbed 19.87% to $6.17 million.
Cash and cash equivalents fell to $227.07 million at June 30 from $236.9 million at March 31; runway seen into Q1 2029.
Pipeline updates on TX45 and TX2100
The company completed enrollment in the TX45 APEX Phase 2 PH-HFpEF trial; topline data are expected in early Q1 2027, with the IDMC recommending continuation unchanged.
Tectonic also finished dosing six single-dose cohorts in the TX2100 Phase 1a healthy-volunteer study; topline results are expected by the end of Q3 2026.
