Tectonic expects:
- topline results from the TX2100 Phase 1a trial by the end of Q3 2026
- to begin a TX2100 Phase 2 trial in HHT patients in early 2027
- topline results from the TX45 APEX Phase 2 trial in early Q1 2027
Q2 loss widens as expenses rise
Tectonic Therapeutic reported a second-quarter net loss of $22.3 million, wider than a year earlier, as research and development spending and administrative costs increased.
