The Integrated Care segment generated $409.1 million in revenues, up 5% year-over-year, with adjusted EBITDA climbing 23% to $65.3 million. BetterHelp revenues declined 6% to $229.1 million, and its adjusted EBITDA fell 15% to $18.5 million.
3. Cost Reductions and Cash
Total operating expenses decreased 1.5% to $678.3 million, driven by lower marketing, technology and sales costs. Teladoc ended the year with $781.1 million in cash and cash equivalents and produced $166.9 million in free cash flow.
4. Outlook
For Q1, Teladoc projects revenues of $598 million to $620 million and a net loss per share of $0.35 to $0.45. Full-year 2026 guidance includes revenues of $2.470 to $2.587 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $266 million to $308 million.
