Telecom Argentina court ruling backs damages denial, orders proportional refund for 2015 outage

Telecom Argentina said it was notified of a Tucumán Federal Appeals Court ruling in a consumer lawsuit tied to a March 3, 2015 service outage.
The court upheld the trial court’s rejection of damages liability against Telecom.
It overturned the lower court only on proportional refunds for service not provided during the outage.
