Teledyne Qioptiq secured the first German Bundeswehr option for PHOENIX-XR cooled thermal weapon sights valued at more than USD 21 million.
- The order falls under a framework agreement valued at up to USD 175 million.
- Completion would lift cumulative deliveries to more than 1,000 PHOENIX-XR units for Germany’s Ministry of Defence.
- Deliveries are set to start early next year, timed to the Bundeswehr deployment schedule.
