Telefonica Brasil 4Q25 Revenue Rises to R$15.6bn, EBITDA Climbs 8.1%
Telefonica Brasil reported 4Q25 net operating revenue of R$15,611m, a 7.1% increase, and EBITDA of R$6,699m, up 8.1% with a 42.9% margin. Free cash flow surged 111.9% YoY to R$2,287m and full-year 2025 net income rose 11.2% to R$6,168m.
1. 4Q25 Financial Highlights
Telefonica Brasil posted net operating revenue of R$15,611 million in 4Q25, up 7.1% year-on-year, driven by 7% growth in mobile services and 9.8% jump in FTTH revenue. EBITDA increased 8.1% to R$6,699 million, lifting the margin by 0.4 pp to 42.9%, and net income climbed 6.5% to R$1,877 million.
2. Cash Flow and Capex
Operating cash flow reached R$4,340 million, up 16.0% YoY, while Capex ex-IFRS 16 dipped 4.0% to R$2,359 million, easing the Capex-to-revenue ratio by 1.7 pp to 15.1%. Free cash flow more than doubled to R$2,287 million, reflecting disciplined investment and improved profitability.
3. Segment Performance and Subscribers
FTTH revenue grew 9.8% to R$2,009 million and corporate data, ICT and digital services rose 10.2% to R$1,483 million in the quarter. Total subscriber count edged up 0.6% year-on-year to 116.7 million customers, underscoring continued market penetration.
