Telefônica Brasil’s board met July 23, 2026, signing off on a 2026 Climate Action Plan to steer the company’s sustainability agenda.
Directors also adopted an artificial intelligence governance model policy, setting oversight rules for AI use across the business.
The board updated its Human Rights Policy, aligning internal standards for employee and stakeholder protections.
