Telefônica Brasil names Ernesto Daniel Gardelliano to board, replacing Ignácio Maria Moreno Martínez
VIV•Telefônica Brasil appointed Ernesto Daniel Gardelliano to its board effective Nov. 6, 2026, subject to shareholder ratification through 2028, and made several committee changes.

At a Nov. 5, 2026, meeting, Telefônica Brasil appointed Ernesto Daniel Gardelliano to replace Ignácio Maria Moreno Martínez on its board, effective Nov. 6 and subject to shareholder ratification through 2028. Marc Xirau Trias became audit and control committee chairman; Cesar Mascaraque Alonso joined the nominations, compensation and corporate governance committee; and María Cristina Rotondo Urcola joined the quality and sustainability committee. The committee appointments run through the 2028 annual meeting.
