Array sold spectrum assets to Verizon for $1.0B and to T-Mobile for $168M, then declared an $11 special dividend payable June 25. Telephone and Data Systems, owning 82% of Array, will receive the bulk of this dividend while its proposal to acquire the remaining shares is under board review.
Array Digital Infrastructure completed the sale of select spectrum licenses to Verizon for $1.0 billion and to T-Mobile for $168 million, marking the culmination of its opportunistic monetization strategy following its wireless operation divestiture in August 2025.
Following these transactions and current cash on hand, Array’s board declared a one-time cash dividend of $11.00 per common share, payable June 25, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2026, with no additional dividends expected for the remainder of 2026.
With an approximate 82% ownership stake in Array, Telephone and Data Systems stands to receive the majority of the dividend proceeds, providing a significant cash inflow while Array’s board continues to evaluate TDS’s non-binding proposal to acquire the remaining outstanding shares.
