Telesat lifted its 2032 Lightspeed revenue forecast to USD 4.9 billion from USD 3.2 billion on higher defense demand.
The company also raised its 2032 EBITDA forecast by 52% in line with the revenue outlook, supported by an expanded 225-satellite constellation.
Defense is now expected to generate 46% of 2032 revenue, up from 14%, following the addition of Mil-Ka capability.
Total committed Lightspeed investment is seen at about USD 5.2 billion, including USD 500 million contingency, up from USD 3.8 billion.
The USD 1.9 billion Canada ESCP-P Mil-Ka contract includes USD 1.5 billion in milestone payments in 2026-2028, largely before service starts in Q1 2028.
