Telix joins Thera4Care for Phase 1 trial of terbium-161 FAP-targeting cancer therapy
TLX•Telix Pharmaceuticals joined Thera4Care to evaluate a terbium-161 version of its FAP-targeting therapy candidate in a Phase 1 trial. The study will assess safety and preliminary activity in metastatic solid tumors, initially focusing on ovarian and pancreatic cancers and sarcomas.

The Phase 1 study will assess safety and preliminary activity in metastatic solid tumors, initially focusing on ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer and sarcomas. Results from future research are expected to inform development of TLX400-Tx, which uses lutetium-177.
