Telix names Marcin Firek company secretary
TLX•Telix appointed Marcin Firek company secretary effective October 21, 2026, replacing interim company secretary Shomalin Naidoo. David Gill will become board chair on September 1, 2026.

Telix appointed David Gill board chair effective September 1, 2026. Gill has more than 35 years of life sciences experience, including roles as president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Marcin Firek became company secretary effective October 21, 2026, and Shomalin Naidoo’s interim appointment ended the same day.
