Telkom says report on BGN interest in leasing Graha Merah Putih building is accurate

Telkom confirmed media reports that Indonesia’s National Nutrition Agency is exploring leasing office space at Graha Merah Putih.

The agency has submitted a letter of intent to Telkom’s building operator, Telkom Landmark Tower, and then conducted an initial site survey.

Internal talks are under way on administrative requirements, technical terms, procedures, timeline, leased area, lease tenor, pricing, rights and obligations.

Financial impact remains unquantified as rent and transaction value are still being assessed based on space requirements.

Possible additional services beyond the lease are being discussed; Telkom sees no other material information tied to the plan.
