TELUS Digital expands AI and CX services to four APAC countries and Argentina
TELUS Digital expanded its AI data, CX and trust & safety delivery to Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Argentina and added a Kolkata site in India, reaching eight sites across six cities. The unit now employs 82,000 across 35+ countries, delivering CX in 60 languages and training AI models in 500+ dialects.
1. APAC and Argentina Expansion
Over the last nine months, TELUS Digital has added delivery locations in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Argentina to support AI-powered customer experience, AI data services and trust & safety solutions. These sites broaden regional language support to include Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai and Malay alongside English and Mandarin. The Argentina hub taps into over 160,000 local software professionals to serve nearshore enterprise AI customers in the Americas.
2. India Delivery Site Growth
TELUS Digital expanded its presence in India to eight sites across Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Kolkata, including two enlarged Bengaluru campuses. The new Kolkata site enhances omnichannel customer care, AI data labeling and trust & safety offerings leveraging local multilingual talent. Bengaluru facilities now support advanced AI initiatives such as AGI, GenAI, Physical AI and autonomous vehicle sensor-fusion data projects through proprietary platforms.
3. Scale in Languages and Talent
The division employs more than 82,000 team members across 35+ countries and delivers customer experience services in 60 languages. Its AI training programs cover over 500 languages and dialects, enabling large-scale data labeling and model development worldwide. This global capability positions TELUS Digital to meet enterprise demand for multilingual AI systems and fast go-to-market support.
