TELUS Digital partners with Parloa to deploy AI agent platform for enterprise customer service
TIXT•TELUS Digital partnered with Parloa to help enterprises build, deploy and manage AI agents for customer service. TELUS Digital will provide implementation support, while clients will contract directly with Parloa for the platform.
1. Implementation partnership
TELUS Digital will support integration, change management, managed services and scaled production rollouts of Parloa’s AI agent platform. The collaboration targets regulated industries in North America and Europe; Parloa agents are designed to automate customer interactions and escalate complex cases to human agents.
